Achieve Your Health & Fitness Goals with Our New Tracking Feature!

We've been busy working on this exciting app update all summer long -- and we’re so excited to finally share it with you!

What's New On The App

On your home screen you'll find the new Tracking feature and Timeline view, allowing you to easily track healthy living activities and monitor your progress week by week. You can record your weight, water intake, and any exercise you do -- and we'll keep a log of your key metrics and completed app activities on your Timeline, so you can see all that you've achieved.

We’ve also moved the My Day journal to Tracking, so you can easily jot down how you’re feeling each day, record important milestones, and the Photo icon lets you snap a pic to record your growing bump or to capture photos of your little one’s growth! Your journal entries will add to your Timeline, too, so you can always go back to them.

Why We Made This Change

So many of our amazing users be asked for ways to track their health and fitness and record their progress over time right in the app -- and we listened! We also think it’s going to be a game-changer when it comes to helping you reach your health and wellness goals… But it's not just what we think, because the science supports it!

This review published in the British Journal of General Practice discusses how forming habits creates long-term lifestyle changes. Over time, repeated healthy actions like fitting in a workout or drinking 8 glasses of water a day will start to feel just like brushing your teeth; they become ingrained into your daily routine.

Studies show that tracking those behaviors can help in maintaining motivation and increasing awareness on your health - making it more likely for those healthy habits to form. But how long do you need to stick to a healthy behavior to form a healthy habit? Research suggests it takes about 2 months, and tracking your behaviors on those days holds you accountable, making that healthy habit even more attainable.

How to Enjoy the New Features

If you're not seeing the Timeline and Tracking features, simply head to the App Store and make sure to update to the latest version of the Baby2Body app.
