Melinda Nicci - you can call her Mel - is a mother of two, a Sports Psychologist, qualified fitness trainer, best-selling author, and has been an advocate for women’s wellness for her entire career. She is the brain behind Baby2Body and the heart of the company. Her passion for women’s wellness and female empowerment fuels what we do, every single day.

Professional dancer, Pre and Post Natal IFPA Instructor & FemFit Instructor

If anyone can get you up and dancing it's Katja Završnik! Katja currently lives in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and started dancing at the age of 5. She has studied ballet, jazz, modern, ballroom, gymnastics, and acrobatic rock and roll. Katja is a qualified pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist, and her dance routines are guaranteed to get you pumped and ready for the day ahead!

Abby is also a health and nutrition writer, and her main goal is to share evidence-based information that is not only interesting but also practical to implement in your daily life.

Daisy is classically trained in Mat-based Pilates and draws on the original method to create flows that will leave you feeling energized, strong, and in control of your body and mind. Her holistic approach incorporates mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork techniques to help bring you to a state of calm so that you can move with ease.

Lisa Kitching

Qualified Pre and Post Natal fitness trainer with diploma in Pilates.

Lisa is a mum to 2 special boys and specialist pre & post natal personal trainer. Lisa loves family time, Pilates and coffee. If anyone can get you back into your workout routine postpartum, it’s Lisa! Her programs are designed to help you ease your way in, support your core recovery, and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
