  • We have many curated vegan and vegetarian recipes in the app! We have also intentionally designed our recipes to be as meat-optional as possible. We have included vegetarian alternatives (and vegan, if relevant) in all meat-based meals on the app to make it easy for you to make modifications that work for you.

  • Most of our workouts are focused on bodyweight movements, meaning you can do them without much equipment! However, we do recommend basic equipment where relevant to help you increase the intensity of certain workouts. We always recommend household alternatives in-app to make the workouts suitable to you!

  • Of course! You can save any recipes for later by tapping the bookmark icon in the top right corner. P.s. you can save articles and videos this way, too!

  • Yes! All of our workouts have been created by prenatal and postnatal fitness experts and we ensure everything you have access to in the app is safe for you and your stage of fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum as well as your fitness level. As long as you have exercise clearance for your stage, you should be safe to do the workouts recommended to you.
